National Engineering Co. 3.5hp open crank hit & miss petrol stationary engine, Bought via a Facebook advert in spring 2022.

Upon turning up to collect the engine it was discovered that it was still on the original farm it was supplied too from new, Dispite now being bolted to a trailer i did get a look around and a chance to photograph its original concrete plinth along with the lineshaft and machinery it originally drove.

Having now been removed from the trailer and mounted on a tempory trolley the task of removing all the garish paint has begun to reveal the original underneath.

A set of suitable wheels also purchased to build a trolley.
