A very good start on a popular model with all the difficult/expensive parts already done.
 
Looks to be a brand new, un-steamed, professionally built boiler (see pics) but sadly the paperwork for it has been lost with the passing of time, Hopefully it can be obtained using the details stamped on the boiler (see pics).
